All of our regular item orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.  Delivery time frames may range depending on the item ordered and your delivery address.  For some items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery as they are usually in high demand and we may need to order more from our exclusive warehouses. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered:

Custom items such as t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, totes can take 2-4 weeks
Regular/sales priced items can take between 2-4 weeks
Promotional “just pay shipping and handling” items can take between 2-4 weeks

***Please be advised that there are factors that may affect the delivery time frame such as, but not limited to, extreme weather condition, customs clearance, human error, large volumes of order, peak season,  customizations to the product that are needed, or holiday seasons. Rest assured, our team will work hard to always ensure your Order gets to you ASAP.

Holiday Shipping Status Updates

Orders placed 1/30/16 – 2/14/16: For most specialty and giveaway (free) items orders placed between 1/30/16 – 2/14/16, please allow up to 5-7 weeks US delivery time due to high demand and production. International shipping is 6-8 weeks on free promotional and specialty items due to high demand and production.

Orders placed after 1/12/17: We’re extremely close to Christmas now so Starting Dec.1: We CANNOT guarantee delivery before Dec.25th.  Please don’t let this deter you from grabbing these deals, though, as they won’t last and other customers are still ordering a lot for January and into the new year.

How much is shipping?

The prices for shipping items will vary throughout the store based on the number of products you have, sales we’re currently running, shipping promotions we’re running, and what products you are purchasing. Some products will shop for free, while others will range from (usually $4.95-$14.95) currently.

PLEASE NOTE: Promotional items such as the weekly FREEBIE items marked as $0 in our store will always charge shipping and do not affect the rest of your order total. For example, if we were to run a promotion like free shipping for orders of $80, and your order was over $80 but contained one of our promotional weekly freebie products marked as $0 in our store, we would still need to charge shipping on this promotional item.

Can my order be shipped faster?

At this time, we only have standard shipping and the shipping times will vary depending on what products you order.

Please note: we have received plenty of requests from our happy customers that want faster shipping options and it’s currently in the works! Once it’s effective in the store we’ll let you know – we’ll keep you posted!

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

For a change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP using our Contact Form (click here) so we can make the change.

We begin the orders that next day so that we can ensure your item(s) get to you as fast as possible. So, we enforce that any changes to your order (size, shipping details etc) must be submitted via our contact form by midnight (12am) Pacific Time the same day the order is made.

Can I have a Tracking Number?

Tracking Numbers are usually available upon your request, but please note that some of our global partners from our multiple distribution channels and warehouses do not always provide tracking numbers.

Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers on sale items, discounted items, or free items. This is because it allows us to greatly reduce the shipping costs for you which allows us to provide you with items and the lowest price possible.

I never received an order confirmation email

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly, as order confirmation is sent automatically upon payment. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Alternatively, if you are certain that you entered your email address correctly but never received it, it could be because it went into your SPAM folder.

There are numerous email clients out there, examples being Google’s gmail, Microsoft’s outlook and many more.

The problem with each of these is that all have different tolerences and definitions on what makes an email a SPAM email.

If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder.

Whitelist our email address

Also, to prevent your future order emails (and other emails we send you) from not reaching your inbox, please ensure you whitelist our email address follow@giftfenderbot.com

As there are sooo many email clients and email programs out in the world we cannot specifically provide a guide on how to do this for each email client. What we recommend is going to Google and typing how to whitelist an email in {insert your email client} (replace {insert your email client} with your email program’s name like gmail or outlook).

I ordered multiple items at once but only received one

To help ensure you get the lowest prices possible for our highly-popular products, and also to ensure your order arrives as fast as possible, we utilize multiple distribution channels to fulfill your order.

This means two things for you and your order.

You may receive your items at different times
There is no need to stress. We would like to remind you that we always work our hardest to get all your ordered products to you as quickly as possible.

It has been over 6+ weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do now?

If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see ‘How long does it take for an order to arrive’ above for more information), please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

A few examples for why orders may take longer to arrive to your shipping address:

An incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed.
There was an issue with customs which has caused a slight delay.
Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within the timeframe given. We’ll take care of you so rest-assured!
